Wilmington First Assembly

 Both Pastor Adam and Andrea are Southern California natives. The Gospel of Jesus Christ radically transformed Adam’s life when he was a teenager. He met his wife, Andrea, at Southern California College (SCC), now Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA. They have two young children, Caleb, and Hannah. Pastor Adam is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He started directing a men’s and women’s Christian discipleship home in Compton, CA, and later became Youth Pastor at Paramount Assembly of God, Paramount, CA.  He later attended SCC where he received a Business Degree in Organizational Management.  He is currently working towards a Master of Theological Studies Degree.  Andrea currently serves as the Principal of Wilmington Christian School as well as being active in the church.  Pastor Adam has served in Assembly God churches as a Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Senior Pastor.  The De La Vega’s have lived in the Inland Empire the last 8 years, and are excited to be serving again in Los Angeles County. 
Both have been at Wilmington First Assembly since July 26, 2009.
